On Jaspers’Existentialist View of Educational Content

摘　　要：雅斯贝尔斯在《什么是教育》中,针对当时流行的实用主义和科技主义对教育界的冲击,从存在主义哲学立场出发,以培养“全人”为教育目的,提出了一系列教育内容,每项教育内容都反映出存在主义哲学对人和对教育理解的根据性。而作者认为,与存在主义哲学主张高度相关的则是这三个教育内容:精神家园教育、历史教育和哲学教育。在大的教育环境与雅斯贝尔斯那个时代有些相似的今天,在倡导并着力推进素质教育、注重提升学生核心素养的当下,重温并深刻领会雅斯贝尔斯存在主义的教育内容观,既有学术研究价值,也有现实启迪意义。In What is Education,Jaspers,in response to the impact of the then-popular pragmatism and technoc-racy on the education sector,put forward some educational contents from the standpoint of existentialist philoso-phy,with the cultivation of the“whole person”as the purpose of education:education for the spiritual home,his-tory,ideology and politics,morality,and the arts.Each of these educational contents reflects the basis of the exis-tentialist philosophy’s understanding of human beings and education.The three educational contents that are highly relevant to the claims of the existentialist philosophy are:spiritual home education,history education,and philosophy education.Today,when the general educational environment is somewhat similar to that of Jaspers’time,and when we advocate and promote quality education and emphasize on improving students’core qualities,revisiting and deeply understanding Jaspers’existentialist view of educational content has both academic re-search value and practical enlightenment significance.
