摘　　要：同济大学推动人才培养、学科建设、科技创新与产业发展有机融合,创新探索“学科+产业”共赢的产教融合、科教融汇特色模式,打造创新人才培养共同体。通过搭建“要素+场景”多方集成的协同育人创新平台,建设“三全五环”创新创业服务体系,着力构建“四链融合”的共生型创新创业生态,支撑卓越工程师和拔尖创新人才培养。通过人才培养共同体建设,提升了师生科技创新和成果转移转化能力,在支撑学校一流学科建设的同时,以知识溢出促进了学校科技产业的高质量发展,形成了具有同济特色的产业育人理念和范式。Tongji University has strategically organized to promote the organic integration of talent cultivation,discipline construction,scientific and technological(S&T)innovation and industrial development,innovatively explored the characteristic model of the industry-education integration and science-education integration to achieve a win-win situation in discipline and industry,and formed a talent cultivation community.By building a collaborative platform for integrated education and innovation with multiple factors and scenarios,and constructing a holistic innovation and entrepreneurship service system in all phases,Tongji University aims to build a symbiotic innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem with“four-chain integration”,as well as supports the cultivation of outstanding engineers and top-notch innovative talents.Constructing talent cultivation community has increased the capacity of teachers and students for S&T innovation and S&T achievement transformation,supported the construction of first-class disciplines,promoted the high-quality development of the university's science and technology industry and formed a unique concept and paradigm of industry-oriented education with Tongji characteristics.
