摘 要:过盈配合件拆解时极易发生摩擦损伤,研究发现在过盈配合界面上添加激光凹坑织构,可显著降低拆解损伤。但由于添加织构的过盈配合界面拆解仍为干摩擦拆解状态,当过盈量过大时,织构化界面仍会形成较严重的拆解损伤。为此,基于岩石渗流原理,文章采用渗流试验将润滑剂引入配合面,实现过盈配合面的润滑拆解,并通过拆解实验分析大过盈量拆解时配合面的损伤情况。结果表明:过盈配合界面上加工出保留熔融层的凹坑织构,在一定渗流条件下可以将润滑油引入配合面中,形成边界润滑或混合润滑状态,且蜂窝织构的渗流效果较为突出;在大过盈量状态下,当接触压力为200 MPa时,有熔融层蜂窝织构干摩擦拆解相较于无织构拆解能够减小拆解损伤,但最大损伤深度仍有76.7μm;而有熔融层蜂窝织构渗流润滑拆解与有熔融层蜂窝织构干摩擦拆解相比,拆解损伤明显降低,可达到无损拆解。Friction damage is very easy to occur when the interference fit is disassembled.It is found that adding laser pitting texture on the interference fit interface can significantly reduce the disassembly damage.However,due to the fact that the interference fit interface with texture is still in dry friction disassembly state,when the interference amount is too large,the texture interface will still form serious disassembly damage.Therefore,based on the principle of rock seepage,this paper adopts seepage test to introduce lubricant into the fit surface to achieve the lubrication disassembly of interference fit surface,and analyzes the damage of the fit surface during the disassembly with large interference.The results show that the pitting texture can be processed on the interference fit interface to retain the melt layer,and the lubricating oil can be introduced into the fit surface under certain seepage conditions to form boundary lubrication or mixed lubrication,and the honeycomb texture has a more prominent seepage effect.In the state of large interference,when the contact pressure is 200 MPa,the dry friction disassembly with honeycomb texture containing melt layer can reduce the disassembly damage compared with that without texture,but the maximum damage depth is still 76.7μm.The damage of seepage lubrication disassembly with honeycomb texture containing melt layer is significantly lower than that of dry friction disassembly with honeycomb texture containing melt layer,which can achieve non-destructive disassembly.
