摘　　要：目的编制肿瘤个案管理师核心能力评价量表并检验其信度和效度。方法回顾国内外文献、进行两轮Delphi专家咨询后,通过预调查形成问卷初稿,对全国203名肿瘤个案管理师进行调查后形成正式版肿瘤个案管理师核心能力评价量表。结果肿瘤个案管理师的核心能力评价量表包含26个条目,可归纳为自我发展能力(8个条目)、管理改进能力(6个条目)、知识储备能力(7个条目)、临床实践能力(5个条目)4个维度,经过探索性因子分析,提取出4个公因子,累积解释方差比72.498%。量表内容效度为0.958,各条目内容效度为0.800~1.000。量表整体Cronbach’sα系数为0.968,4个维度Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.943、0.923、0.953、0.918,折半信度为0.969(P<0.001)。结论肿瘤个案管理师核心能力评价量表的具有良好的信度和效度,可作为肿瘤个案管理师培养质量的测评工具,有望为个案管理人才培养及岗位管理提供参照依据。Objective To develop the core competency evaluation scale for oncology case managers,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods After reviewing domestic and international literature and conducting 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the first draft of the scale was formed through a pre-survey,and the formalized core competency evaluation scale for oncology case manager was formed by surveying 203 oncology case managers.Results The core competency evaluation scale for oncology case managers consisted of 4 dimensions with 26 items,such as self-development ability(eight items),management improvement ability(six items),knowledge reserve ability(seven items)and clinical practice ability(five items).The cumulative explained variance ratio was 72.498%.The scale's overall content validity was 0.958 while the content validity of each item was 0.800~1.000.The scale's overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.968 while the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of four dimensions was 0.943,0.923,0.953 and 0.918.The split-half reliability was 0.969(P<0.001).Conclusion The core competency evaluation scale for oncology case managers has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to measure the training quality of onlogy case managers,and is expected to provide reference for the training and post management of case managers.
