摘　　要：目的:分析身心综合护理管理模式在新生儿科护士中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月在广州开发区医院新生儿科工作的25名护士作为研究对象,2021年1—11月实施常规护理管理为管理前,2021年12月—2022年10月实施身心综合护理管理模式为管理后。比较管理前后新生儿科护士心理压力、焦虑和抑郁情绪、护理工作满意度。结果:管理后,新生儿科护士压力量表评分高于管理前,焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。管理后,护理工作满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:新生儿科护士实施身心综合护理管理模式,能够有效缓解护士的心理压力和负面情绪,提高护理工作满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of the Mind-body integrated nursing management model in neonatal nurses.Methods:25 nurse practitioners in the neonatology department of Guangzhou Development District Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.From January 2021 to November 2021 there was not mind-body management and it is so-called pre-management phase,while from December 2021 to October 2022 the Mind-body integrated Nursing management model were adopted and it is post-management phase.Psychological stress,anxiety and depression,and nursing satisfaction of neonatal nurses in both phases were compared.Results:After management,stress scale scores of nurses were higher than before management,and anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale scores were lower than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Satisfaction with nursing care after management was higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Conclusion:The implementation of mind-body integrated nursing management model for neonatal nurses can effectively relieve their psychological pressure and negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
