摘　　要：随着信息化时代的到来,国内医疗水平得到了较大提升,也改变了医疗条件。传统的医疗条件和方式已经无法适应新时代的发展需求,因此建立医院现代化管理体系显得尤为重要。创新和发展医院管理模式,是提高医院医疗效率、提高医疗质量、缓解医患矛盾的重要途径。该文指出,在信息化发展背景下,医院需要正确认识传统管理模式中存在的问题,如管理内容安全性问题以及信息资源的利用率低问题等。针对以上问题制定行之有效的解决方案,如加强智慧医院建设、强化信息安全管理等,以保证医院在信息化新形势下能够实现高质量、可持续发展目标。With the arrival of the informationization era,the medical service in china has been greatly improved and medical conditions have been changed.Traditional medical management and methods can no longer adapt to the development needs of the new era,so the establishment of a modernized hospital management system is particularly important.Innovation and development of hospital management mode is an important way to improve the medical efficiency of hospitals,improve the quality of medical care and alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients.The paper points out that in the context of information technology development,administration of hospitals need to correctly recognize the problems existing in the traditional management mode,such as data security problems and low utilization of information resources.There are a lot to be done,such as strengthening the construction of smart healthcare system,building information security management.
