摘　　要：原发性肝癌是一种恶性肿瘤,大部分患者在初诊时已经发展至中晚期,导致其失去了手术治疗的机会。因此,对于中晚期肝癌患者,及时进行转化治疗至关重要。肝动脉灌注化疗是一种常用的转化治疗手段,其自身在提高手术治疗率和转化率方面取得了较为理想的效果。本文旨在对肝动脉灌注化疗在肝癌转化治疗中的应用进展作一综述,以期为相关工作者提供建议和启发。Primary liver cancer is a malignant tumor,most of the patients at the first diagnosis has developed to the advanced stage,resulting in the loss of surgical treatment opportunities.Therefore,timely conversion therapy is very important for patients with advanced liver cancer.Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy is a commonly used conversion therapy,which has achieved ideal results in improving the rate of surgical treatment and conversion.The purpose of this article was to review the application of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy in the conversion treatment of liver cancer,in order to provide suggestions and inspiration for related workers.
