补肾生髓益肝方联合灸法治疗大肠癌肝转移的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究补肾生髓益肝方联合灸法治疗大肠癌肝转移的临床效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2023年1月柳州市中医医院肿瘤科收治的大肠癌肝转移患者60例作为研究对象,基于随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规化疗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予补肾生髓益肝方联合灸法治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、肝功能、肿瘤标志物水平、不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分均下降,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素水平均下降,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清癌胚抗原、糖类抗原199水平均下降,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在大肠癌肝转移患者治疗中,应用补肾生髓益肝方联合灸法治疗,可有效改善患者的中医证候积分及肝功能水平,降低体内肿瘤标志物水平,治疗安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Shengsui Yigan prescription combined with moxibustion on liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods:Sixty patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis admitted to the Department of Oncology,Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group based on random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with Bushen Shengsui Yigan prescription combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,liver function,tumor marker level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin in both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of carcinoembryonic antigen and carbohydrate antigen 199 were decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of colorectal cancer patients with liver metastasis,the application of Bushen Shengsui Yigan prescription combined with moxibustion can effectively improve patients'TCM syndrome score and liver function level,reduce the level of tumor markers in vivo,and the treatment is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
