摘　　要：目的:分析腔镜甲状腺切除术与胸骨上小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月深圳市人民医院龙华分院进行手术治疗的甲状腺结节患者60例,根据手术方法不同分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用胸乳入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗,研究组采用胸骨上小切口甲状腺切除术治疗。观察两组患者围术期指标及并发症情况。结果:研究组术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用胸骨上小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节效果较好,并发症少,利于促进患者康复,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of endoscopic thyroidectomy and suprasternal small incision thyroidectomy for the treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods:60 patients with thyroid nodules who underwent surgical treatment in Longhua Branch of Shenzhen People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected for the study and divided into a control group and a study group of 30 patients each according to the different surgical methods.The control group was treated with endoscopic thyroidectomy via a breast approach,and the study group was treated with endoscopic thyroidectomy via a suprasternal small incision.The perioperative indexes and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:intraoperative bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of suprasternal small incision thyroidectomy for the treatment of thyroid nodules is more effective,with fewer complications,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of patients,and can be promoted for further clinical application.
