摘　　要：在素质教育不断推进的背景下,党建工作与教育教学工作的结合应越来越紧密,以促进教师道德素质的进一步提升。想要促进中小学党建与教育教学的融合发展,就要深入探究中小学基层党组织工作存在的问题,构建新型党建与教学高度融合关系,建立基层党组织,加强党风和师德师风相结合建设,实行适合于学校自身发展的管理新模式,创建新型教育评价制度,积极促进党建工作与校园文化的融合,推进党建工作融入教师个人发展。In the context of continuous promotion of quality education,the combination of Party building work and educational teaching work should be increasingly close to promote the further improvement of teachers'moral quality.To promote the integration and development of party building and education and teaching in primary and secondary schools,it is necessary to deeply explore the problems existing in the work of grassroots Party organizations in primary and secondary schools,build a new type of highly integrated relationship between party organizations and teaching,establish grassroots party organizations,strengthen the combination of Party conduct and teacher ethics,implement a new management model suitable for the school's own development,create a new education evaluation system,and actively promote the integration of Party building work and campus culture,Promote the integration of Party building work into the personal development of teachers.
