摘　　要：劳动教育是教育体系的重要组成部分,“楚怡工匠”精神是经过历史沉淀形成的宝贵精神财富,是湖南省职业教育发展的重要理论指引。在具体实践中,高职院校可结合劳动教育体系构建中存在的问题与不足,充分发挥“楚怡工匠”精神的作用,以构建联动机制、搭建技能模块、加强考核评价管理等策略,使劳动教育体系更加完善,逐步提升人才培养效果。Labor education is an important component of building an education system that comprehensively cultivates morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.The spirit of"Chu Yi Craftsman"is a precious spiritual wealth formed through historical sedimentation and an important theoretical guide for the development of vocational education in Hunan Province.In specific practice,vocational colleges can combine the problems and shortcomings in the construction of the labor education system,fully play the role of the"Chu Yi Craftsman"spirit,and use strategies such as building linkage mechanisms,building skill modules,and strengthening assessment and evaluation management to make the labor education system more perfect and gradually improve the effectiveness of talent cultivation.
