摘  要:该体外试验采用两阶段消化法,对照组为基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在基础日粮基础上分别添加复合酶Ⅰ(100g/t)和复合酶Ⅱ(100g/t),体外消化48h,用以评估不同酶制剂对肉羊全混合颗粒日粮体外营养物质消化率及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。饲养试验选取体重(20.83±0.42)kg、50-60日龄的120只小尾寒羊公羊,随机分为3组,每组40只,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组,对照组为基础全混合颗粒日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮基础上添加复合酶Ⅰ(100g/t)和复合酶Ⅱ(100g/)。饲喂期共计90d,其中预饲期为7d,试验期83d。体外试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组显著地提高了干物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维消化率(P<0.01),提高幅度分别为8.72%、11.52%和19.62%;但粗蛋白消化率未受到复合酶的影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组的干物质、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维消化率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。不同处理对瘤胃pH值均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组显著降低了瘤胃氨态氮浓度(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组显著提高了总挥发性脂肪酸浓度(P<0.01)。饲养试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组显著地提高了育肥羊的干物质采食量、日增重和饲料转化率(P<0.05)。可见,复合酶对肉羊体外营养物质消化率和瘤胃发酵参数有一定影响;饲养试验表明,添加复合酶Ⅱ(100g/t)可显著提高饲料转化率和日增重。The two-step in vitro study was adopted to determine the nutrients digestibility and rumen fermentation parameters of total mixed pellet ration for lamb.There were three groups in this study,i.e.control group,treatment I and treatment II,which was a total mixed pellet ration with no enzyme,complex enzymes I(100g/T)and complex enzymesⅡ(100g/T),respectively.One hundred and twenty lambs with an average weight of 20.83 kg and average age of 54 days were randomly divided into three groups to be fed with a total mixed pellet ration with no enzyme,complex enzymes I(100g/T)and complex enzymesⅡ(100g/T),respectively.The total feeding period was 90 days,including a 7-d pre-feeding period and 83-d experiment period.The in vitro results showed that,compared with control,the digestibility of dry matter,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber was significantly increased(P<0.01)by 8.72%,11.52%and 19.62%,respectively,with the addition of complex enzymesⅡ.But the digestibility of crude protein was not affected(P>0.05).No difference was detected in nutrients digestibility between the total mixed pellet ration of control and of treatment I(P>0.05).There was no difference in rumen pH among the three groups(P>0.05).However,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was significantly lower(P<0.01)for treatment I and treatment II than that of control.Compared with control,the production of total volatile fatty acids was higher(P<0.01)for treatment II.The feeding experiment showed that treatment II significantly increased the dry matter intake,the average daily gain and the feed conversion ratio(P<0.05)compared to control.It was concluded that the addition of complex enzymes could affect the nutrients digestibility and rumen fermentation in vitro.The feeding experiment showed that the addition of 100 g/t complex enzymes could improve the feed conversion ratio and the average daily gain.
