摘  要:为了解不同叶喷硒肥处理条件对澳洲坚果果实硒与游离氨基酸含量的影响,以及硒与游离氨基酸组分之间的联系,筛选最优的处理条件,以澳洲坚果优良品种桂热1号为试验材料,在不同生长期叶喷不同剂量的硒肥,通过检测分析不同叶喷硒肥处理条件下的澳洲坚果果仁硒与游离氨基酸组分含量,结合主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)、系统聚类分析(hierarchical cluster analysis,HCA)和正交偏最小二乘法-判别(orthogonal partial least squares discrimination analysis,OPLS-DA)分析等多元统计分析方法展开综合分析评价。结果显示,在桂热1号澳洲坚果盛花期,叶面喷施1 kg硒肥,可以显著提高果实的硒含量和牛磺酸含量;经建立不同叶喷硒肥处理条件的综合评价模型进行验证,证明在桂热1号澳洲坚果盛花期,叶面喷施1 kg硒肥即为最优的叶喷硒肥处理条件。该研究为叶喷硒肥处理提高澳洲坚果硒含量和氨基酸含量提供理论基础和实践指导,同时也为建立澳洲坚果硒肥施用的标准化技术规范提供理论支撑。To understand the effect of different treatment conditions of selenium fertilizer in the way of foliar spraying on the selenium and free amino acid content of Macadamia nuts and the association between selenium and free amino acid compo-nents and to screen for optimal treatment conditions with significant impact.The excellent Macadamia cultivar Guire 1 was taken as the test material,and selenium fertilizer was applied by foliar spraying in different growth phases.The content of selenium and free amino acid components in Macadamia nuts under various treatment conditions of selenium fertilizer by foliar spraying was detected and analyzed.Combined with principal component analysis(PCA),systematic cluster analysis(HCA),and orthogonal partial least squares discrimination analysis(OPLS-DA),comprehensive analysis and evaluation were carried out.The results showed that the contents of selenium and taurine could be significantly increased under foliar spraying with 1 kg of selenium fertilizer during the flowering stage of Guihe 1 Macadamia.Through the establishment of comprehen-sive evaluation models for different foliar spraying selenium fertilizer treatments,it was verified that spraying 1 kg selenium fertilizer on the leaf during the flowering period of Macadamia nut Guire 1 was the optimal foliar spraying selenium fertilizer treatment.This study provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for foliar spraying of selenium fertilizer to improve the selenium and amino acid contents of macadamia nuts,and it also provides the theoretical support for the establishment of standardized technical specifications for the application of selenium fertilizer to macadamia nuts.
