摘 要:中小企业对会计从业人员“一岗多能”的现实需求,以及会计行业智能化发展的时代趋势,带来具备跨学科知识和技能的复合型会计人才需求快速增加。培养企业所需的复合型会计人才,是相关高职院校和企业的共同责任,产教融合是复合型会计人才培养的根本路径。产教融合下复合型会计人才的培养,需要构建“政、校、行、企”四位一体的多主体参与人才培养体系,并借鉴教育部现代服务业现场工程师的人才培养思路,充分发挥专业教学资源库以及虚拟仿真在会计人才培养中的优势,多方合作,不断提升复合型会计人才培养质量。The demand for compound talents with interdisciplinary knowledge and skills has been increasing rapidly,to account for the the real demand for accounting professionals to have multiple abilities in one position in small and medium-sized enterprises,as well as the trend of intelligent development in the accounting industry.Cultivating compound talents of accounting required by enterprises is the common responsibility of relevant vocational colleges and enterprises,and the integration of industry and education is the fundamental path for cultivating composite accounting talents.The cultivation of compound talents of accounting under the integration of industry and education requires the construction of a multi-subject participation talent cultivation system that integrates“government,school,industry,and enterprise”,and draws inspiration from the talent cultivation ideas of modern service industry on-site engineers from the Ministry of Education.By fully utilizing the advantages of professional teaching resources and virtual simulation in accounting talent cultivation,we can collaborate with multiple parties to continuously improve the quality of composite accounting talent cultivation.
