心理资本视角下的大学生创新创业课程教学思考

摘　　要：创业维艰,创业的道路上永远伴随着困难和挑战,心理资本是创业者必须具备的素质和能力。从心理资本视角对大学生创新创业基础课程教学进行探讨,阐述了心理资本的概念和构成,分析了心理资本对创新创业的重要性,讨论了创新创业基础课程设计的原则和方法,建构了基于心理资本理论的创新创业课程模型,并提出了在教学中应用心理资本的具体方法和策略。此外,对创新创业课程教学的挑战和未来的发展方向进行了讨论。Entrepreneurship is tough,and the path of entrepreneurship is always accompanied by difficulties and challenges.Psychological capital is a quality and ability that entrepreneurs must possess.This paper discusses teaching of basic course of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students from the perspective of psychological capital,expounds the concept and composition of psychological capital,analyzes the importance of psychological capital to innovation and entrepreneurship,discusses the principles and methods of innovation and entrepreneurship basic course design,and constructs an innovation and entrepreneurship course model based on the theory of psychological capital.And this paper put forward specific methods and strategies of applying psychological capital in teaching.In addition,the challenges and future development directions of teaching innovation and entrepreneurship courses are discussed.
