“三明治”结合案例教学法在五官科实践教学中的应用

摘  要:目的分析五官科实践教学中应用“三明治”+案例教学法的作用效果。方法随机选取2019年1月—2020年12月济宁医学院2019级和2020级临床医学专业共100名学生为研究对象,对照组为2019级学生,采用教师讲授联合教师评价,观察组为2020级学生,采用“三明治”结合案例教学法。比较两组学生的标准化患者评分和体格检查评分成绩、自主决策能力、医患沟通能力、文献检索能力、课后问题回答情况。结果观察组标准化患者评分和体格检查评分成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自主决策能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医患沟通能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组文献检索能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组课后问题回答情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五官科实践教学中应用“三明治”结合案例教学法可以提高医学专业学生的各项能力与专业成绩,让学生具备更高的作业完成能力,教学应用价值高。[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of the application of"sandwich"+case-based teaching method in the practical teaching of the Department of Otolaryngology.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,a total of 100 students from 2019 and 2020 clinical medicine majors of Jining Medical College were randomly selected as the research objects.The control group was 2019 students,using teacher teaching combined with teacher evaluation,and the observation group was 2020 students,using“sandwich”combined with case teaching method.The standardized patient score,physical examination score,independent decision-making ability,doctor-patient communication ability,literature retrieval ability and after-school question answering were compared between the two groups.Results The standardized patient score and physical examination score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The independent decision-making ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The doctor-patient communication ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The literature retrieval ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The answer to the questions after class in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"sandwich"combined with case-based teaching method in the practical teaching of otolaryngology can improve the abilities and professional performance of medical students,so that the students have a higher ability to complete their assignments,and the application of teaching is of high value.
