摘  要:目的探讨同伴分步演示教学法对临床病原学检验技术的教学效果。方法选取2023年3—6月在吉林化工医院实习的116名2021级临床医学检验技术专业学生为研究对象。采取随机数表法将学生分为对照组和观察组,每组58名。对照组采取常规教学法,观察组采取同伴分步演示教学法进行教学。教学后,从学生检验技术学习能力评分、学生临床病原学检验技术期末成绩等方面,比较两组教学效果,并以观察组学生对象,调查学生对同伴分步演示教学法的满意度。结果在学生检验技术学习能力评分方面,观察组学生时间自我管理、关注力自我管理、合作能力、信息素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床病原学检验技术期末成绩方面比较,观察组学生检验操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对同伴分步演示教学法的各项满意度均高于95.00%。结论同伴分步演示教学法有效提高了临床病原学检验技术的教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching effect of peer step-by-step demonstration teaching method on clinical pathology testing technology.Methods A total of 116 students majoring in clinical medical laboratory technology in grade 2021,who practiced in Jilin Chemical Engineering Hospital from March to June 2023,were selected as the research objects.The students were divided into control group and observation group with 58 students in each group.The control group took the conventional teaching method,the observation group took the peer step-by-step demonstration teaching method.After teaching,the teaching effect of the two groups was compared from the aspects of students'learning ability of examination technology and students'final score of clinical etiology examination technology,etc.,and the satisfaction of students on the peer step-by-step demonstration teaching method was investigated by observing students in the group.Results In terms of the scores of students'test technology learning ability,the scores of time self-management,attention self-management,cooperation ability and information literacy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the final scores of clinical etiology test technology,the test operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the observation group was higher than 95.00%.Conclusion The peer step-by-step demonstration teaching method effectively improves the teaching effect of clinical pathology testing technology.
