摘 要:目的探讨整合医学(integrative medicine,IM)联合客观结构化临床技能考试(objective structured clinical skills examination,OSCE)教学法在中医内科教学中的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月浠水县妇幼保健院中医内科实习生40名作为观察对象,利用随机数表法分为两组(每组20名),观察组按照IM联合OSCE模式进行教学活动,对照组予以常规模式教学,教学内容结束,进行教学项目考核,对比不同教学方案下,中医内科实习生的教学质量、教学满意度反馈。结果观察组教学质量考核评分、教学满意度反馈评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建IM联合OSCE教学模式,将其融入中医内科教学中,表现出较为理想的实践作用,可提升教学质量,提高教学满意度,使学生更好地理解中医内科学相关内容。Objective To explore the role of integrated medicine(IM)combined with objective structured clinical skills examination(OSCE)pedagogy in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine.Methods A total of 40 interns of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine in Xishui County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects.The students were divided into two groups(20 in each group)by using random number table method.The observation group was taught in accordance with the IM combined with OSCE mode,while the control group was taught in the conventional mode.Compared the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction feedback of TCM internal medicine interns under different teaching schemes.Results The teaching quality assessment score and teaching satisfaction feedback score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of IM combined with OSCE teaching mode and its integration into the teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine has shown a relatively ideal practical role,which can improve the teaching quality,improve the teaching satisfaction,and make students better understand the related contents of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.
