摘　　要：文章以2015—2020年我国A股上市公司为研究样本,实证检验了市场竞争对企业创新能力的影响,以及组织冗余对二者关系的调节效应。经验证据表明:市场竞争与企业创新能力成负相关关系,组织冗余中的未吸收冗余能够削弱这种关系,但已吸收冗余却会加强这种关系。将企业按照规模大小分组后,进一步研究发现,市场竞争对企业创新能力的抑制作用在两组样本中都显著,但组织冗余的调节效应只在大规模企业中显著。文章从研发效率的角度,运用DEA模型对企业创新能力进行了测算,丰富了与企业创新能力相关的研究成果,有助于企业通过合理配置组织冗余来提高创新能力。Innovation capability is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to climb and overcome obstacles,and enhancing innovation capability is the eternal theme for the development and growth of enterprises.This article uses A--share listed companies in China from 2015 to 2020 as research samples to empirically test the impact of market competition on corporate innovation capability,as well as the moderating effect of organizational redundancy on the relationship between the two.Empirical evidence shows that there is a negative correlation between market competition and corporate innovation capability.Unabsorbed redundancy in organizational redundancy can weaken this relationship,but absorbed redundancy can strengthen this relationship.After grouping enterprises according to their size,further research found that the inhibitory effect of market competition on innovation capability of enterprises was significant in both sample groups,but the moderating effect of organizational redundancy was only significant in large-scale enterprises.This article uses the DEA model to measure the innovation capability of enterprises from the perspective of research and development efficiency,enriching the research results related to enterprise innovation capability and helping enterprises improve their innovation capability through rational allocation of organizational redundancy.
