摘  要:为有效解决坡底煤业通风机变频调速效果差、能耗高等问题,提出了基于BP神经网络多传感器融合的S7-300 PLC控制平台的调速优化方案,应用输入信号与通风机工作频率和叶片位移(安装角)间的非线性映射关联,再分别通过变频调速和电液伺服优化控制通风机转速和叶片安装角。现场实验表明,对通风机变频调速系统的优化能有效校正风阻特性和通风机运行状态变化引起的不确定扰动,在满足实际需风量的前提下,可实现通风机工作效率最高和电能损耗最低的协同优化。In order to effectively solve the problem of low frequency speed regulation effect and high energy consumption of ventilators in Podi Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,a speed regulation optimization scheme of S7-300 PLC control platform based on BP neural network multi-sensor fusion was proposed.The nonlinear mapping relationship between the input signal and fan operating frequency and blade displacement(installation angle) was applied,and then the fan speed and blade installation angle were optimized by frequency conversion and electro-hydraulic servo respectively.Field experiments show that the optimization of the frequency conversion speed regulation system of ventilators can effectively correct the uncertain disturbance caused by the change of wind resistance characteristics and ventilator operating state,and can realize the cooperative optimization of the highest ventilator efficiency and the lowest power loss under the premise of meeting the actual air demand.
