阶段性健康教育结合5E康复护理对EICU冠心病PCI术后患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阶段性健康教育结合5E康复护理在急诊监护室(Emergency care room,EICU)冠心病(Coronary heart disease,CHD)行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者中的应用分析及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2021年3月该院EICU收治的78例CHD行PCI的患者为例,随机数字表法分为两组,各39例,对照组PCI术后采取常规干预,观察组另加用阶段性健康教育结合5E康复护理,对比两组干预效果。结果干预后,观察组心功能水平、运动耐受力评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分、自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对EICU收治的CHD行PCI患者采取阶段性健康教育+5E康复护理,可显著改善患者心功能和自我管理行为,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application of phased health education combined with 5E rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the emergency intensive care room(EICU)and its impact on their quality of life.Methods Seventy-eight patients with CHD who underwentPCIin the EICU in our hospital from June 2020 to March 2021 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into two groups(with 39 cases in each group)using a random number table.The control group received conventional intervention after PCI,while the observation group received phased health education combined with 5E rehabilitation nursing in addition to the conventional intervention.The two groups were compared for the intervention effects.Results After the intervention,the scores of heart function and exercise tolerance were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the scores of the quality of life and self-management were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased health education combined with 5E rehabilitation nursing in patients with CHD who have undergone PCI in the EICU can significantly improve patients'heart function,self-management behaviors,and quality of life.
