摘 要:目的 探讨术前理论知识讨论结合术中参与的教学模式在骨科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年5—7月兰州大学第二临床医学院2017级骨科专业实习的医学生40名,分成试验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),试验组采用术前理论知识讨论结合术中参与教学模式进行实习教学,对照组采用传统教学方式进行实习教学。授课结束后通过理论考核、实践考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果 试验组学生的理论考核、实践操作考核及总成绩均优于对照组[(88.50±4.15)分vs.(84.00±3.57)分(;82.10±5.20)分vs.(75.40±4.15)分;(170.60±7.11)分vs.(159.40±3.98)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组各项教学指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 术前理论知识讨论结合术中参与教学模式有助于提高骨科临床实习教学效果与教学质量,可在今后的教学中加以应用。Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative theoretical knowledge discussion combined with intraoperative participation teaching mode in orthopedic clinical internship teaching.Methods A total of 40 medical students who were interned in the orthopaedic specialty in the class of 2017 in the Second Clinical Medical College of Lanzhou University from May to July 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=20),and the experimental group was taught by preoperative theoretical knowledge discussion combined with intraoperative participation teaching mode for internship teaching,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method for internship teaching.At the end of the teaching,the teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical assessment,practical assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The experimental group students'theoretical assessment scores,practical performance assessment scores and total scores were better than those of the control group[(88.50±4.15)points vs.(84±3.57)points;(82.10±5.20)points vs.(75.40±4.15)points;(170.60±7.11)points vs.(159.40±3.98)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in all indicators,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative theoretical knowledge discussion combined with intraoperative participation teaching mode can help to improve the teaching effect and quality of orthopedic clinical internship,and can be applied in the future teaching.
