可吸收板在颌面部骨折内固定术中的临床应用及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析可吸收板在颌面部骨折内固定术中的临床疗效。方法:选择萍乡市人民医院2017年1月—2022年2月收治的100例颌面部骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为钛板组(50例)和可吸收板组(50例)。钛板组采用金属钛板进行治疗,可吸收板组采用可吸收板进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术指标、口腔功能及并发症。结果:可吸收板组临床疗效等级优于钛板组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组手术时间、住院时间、手术出血量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月,两组的张口度、咬合关系、咀嚼功能评分均较术前降低,可吸收板组张口度、咀嚼功能评分均低于钛板组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。可吸收板组的并发症发生率低于钛板组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颌面部骨折患者在内固定术中应用可吸收板治疗具有一定的临床效果,可以有效促进患者颌骨功能恢复,具备更高的安全性。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of absorbable plate in internal fixation of maxillofacial fracture.Method:A total of 100 patients with maxillofacial fractures admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2017 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the titanium plate group(50 cases)and the absorbable plate group(50 cases).The titanium plate group was treated with metal titanium plate,and the absorbable plate group was treated with absorbable plate.The clinical efficacy,surgical indicators,oral function and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy grade of the absorbable plate group was significantly better than that of the titanium plate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time,hospital stay,and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).6 months after operation,the scores of mouth opening,occlusal relationship and masticatory function in the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation,and the scores of mouth opening and masticatory function in absorbable plate group were significantly lower than those in the titanium plate group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the absorbable plate group was lower than that of the titanium plate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of absorbable plate in internal fixation for patients with maxillofacial fracture has certain clinical effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of jaw function and has higher safety.
