摘 要:永磁伺服电机以其体积小、重量轻、损耗少、效率高的优势在工业领域得到广泛应用。作者以一台100kW的永磁伺服电机为研究对象,针对电机气隙磁密谐波含量高的问题,进行了转子偏心距设计。在此基础上,采用混合Taguchi法的遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA),以电机的效率和成本为优化目标,对转子结构参数进行了优化设计。结果表明,优化后电机的性能和经济性都得到了较大提升。最后在转子减重设计的基础上制造样机并进行了测试。测试数据与仿真数据相比误差在允许范围内,验证了文中所提出的多目标优化算法的有效性。Permanent magnet servo motors are widely used in industry for their small size,light weight,low losses and high efficiency.In this paper,a 100kW permanent magnet servo motor is studied and the rotor eccentric pitch design is carried out for the problem of high harmonic content of the motor air gap magnetic density.Based on this,agenetic algorithm with hybrid Taguchi method is used to optimize the rotor structure parameters with the efficiency and cost of the motor as the optimization objectives.The results show that the performance and economy of the optimized motor have been greatly improved.Finally,aprototype was manufactured and tested based on the rotor weight reduction design.The error of the test data compared with the simulation data is within the allowed range,which verifies the effectiveness of the multi-objective optimization algorithm proposed in this paper.
