摘　　要：神经病理性疼痛(NP)是最强烈的慢性疼痛类型之一,也是临床上亟待解决的一大难题,主要表现为针刺样、烧灼样或电击样疼痛,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前临床上多采用阿片类药物进行治疗,但由于其耐药性和普遍存在的不良反应,其治疗效果甚微。右美托咪定(Dex)是一种高选择性α2受体激动剂,可通过多种机制发挥神经保护作用,如抗交感活性、抑制细胞凋亡、抑制氧化应激及减轻炎症反应等。深入研究Dex协同治疗NP的相关机制,可为进一步治疗NP提供新思路。Neuropathic pain(NP)is one of the most severe types of chronic pain and a major clinical challenge that urgently needs to be addressed.It is mainly manifested as needle like,burning like,or electric shock like pain,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.At present,opioid drugs are commonly used for the treatment in clinical practice,but their therapeutic effects are minimal due to their drug resistance and common adverse reactions.Dexmedetomidine(Dex)is a highly selective drugα2-receptor agonists which can produce neuroprotective effects through various mechanisms,such as anti-sympathetic,inhibition of cell apoptosis,inhibition of oxidative stress,and alleviation of inflammatory response.Further study of the relevant mechanisms of Dex in the synergistic treatment of NP may provide new ideas for further treatment of NP.
