摘 要:在人体原发恶性肿瘤中,肺癌的发病率和死亡率均较高。肺癌病灶类型、分化程度、淋巴结转移、治疗效果以及预后的判定对于该疾病患者的临床诊疗有重要指导作用。与传统的影像学的形态学特征相比,功能影像学能够较为精确地量化肺癌及其周围组织的内部特征,并与肺癌的临床分型、预后评估等有效结合。目前,功能影像学技术的研究进展及多种衍生参数的开发应用有望进一步提高临床决策的客观性和准确性,并在全身多部位疾病中广泛应用。Among human primary malignant tumors,lung cancer has a high incidence and mortality.The determination of the type,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis,treatment efficacy,and prognosis of lung cancer lesions has a profound guiding role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Compared with the traditional imaging regarding morphological features,functional imaging can accurately quantify the internal characteristics of lung cancer and its surrounding tissues,and effectively combine with clinical classification,prognosis evaluation etc.of lung cancer.At present,the research progress of functional imaging technology and the development and application of various derivative parameters are expected to further improve the objectivity and accuracy of the clinical decision-making,and be widely applied in the various diseases throughout the body.
