摘　　要：喉错构瘤是一种发生在喉部的良性增生性瘤样病灶,本文报告1例我科收治的小儿声门上喉错构瘤患儿,并对相关文献报道的12例喉错构瘤病例资料进行回顾性分析,探讨喉错构瘤的发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后,旨在提高对该病的认识及诊治水平。Laryngeal hamartoma is a benign proliferative tumor-like lesion that occurs in the larynx.A case of supraglotic laryngeal hamartoma admitted by our department and 12cases of laryngeal hamartoma reported in literature were retrospectively analyzed,the pathogenesis,clinicalmanifestation,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of laryngeal hamartoma was explored,aiming to improve the understanding and diagnosis and treatment.of this disease.
