胃复春片联合兰索拉唑对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状及氧化应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胃复春片联合兰索拉唑在慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的82例CAG患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组41例。对照组予以兰索拉唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用胃复春片治疗,比较两组临床症状评分、氧化应激反应、血清胃泌素(GAS)及胃动素(MTL)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组胃脘胀痛、嗳气泛酸、胃中嘈杂、口苦口干评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SOD、NO水平均高于治疗前,GAS、MTL水平均低于治疗前,且研究组SOD、NO水平均高于对照组,GAS、MTL水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。结论胃复春片联合兰索拉唑能有效改善CAG患者临床症状,抑制GAS、MTL分泌,减轻机体氧化应激反应,未增加不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To explore the application value of Weifuchun tablets combined with lansoprazole in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods 82 patients with CAG treated in Yicheng District People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lansoprazole,and the study group was treated with Weifuchun tablet on the basis of the control group,the clinical symptoms scores,oxidative stress,serum gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,belching pantothenic acid,noisy stomach,bitter mouth and dry mouth of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of GAS and MTL of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of SOD and NO in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of GAS and MTL were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Weifuchun tablets combined with lansoprazole can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CAG patients,inhibit the secretion of GAS and MTL,reduce the body's oxidative stress reaction,and will not increase adverse reactions,and have high safe.
