外企高管团队外部社会资本、创新能力与企业价值关系研究  

External Social Capital of TMT and Firm Value:The Mediating Role of Innovation Capacity

摘　　要：研究以高阶梯队理论、社会资本理论与资源依赖理论为基础,以2009-2019年中国沪深A股市场外资企业的面板数据为研究样本,借助SPSS25.0与STATA14.0统计软件,实证分析外资企业高管团队外部社会资本、企业创新能力以及企业价值之间的关系。实证研究发现:高管团队外部社会资本中的高管团队学术资本对企业创新能力与企业价值均具有显著正向影响,并且企业创新能力在学术资本与企业价值之间发挥部分中介作用,而政治资本与商业资本对创新能力与企业价值的影响均不显著。Based on the Upper Echelon Theory,Social Capital Theory and Resource Dependence Theory,the study uses the panel data of foreign companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets in China from 2009 to 2019 as the research sample,and empirically analyzes the relationship among external social capital,corporate innovation capability and corporate value of foreign companies’executive teams through SPSS25.0 and STATA14.0 statistical software.The empirical study finds that:academic capital of the executive team has a significant positive effect on innovation capability and enterprise value,and innovation capability plays a partly mediating role between academic capital and enterprise value,while political capital and business capital have no significant effect on innovation capability and enterprise value.
