半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎肝胃郁热型疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性胃炎肝胃郁热型的临床疗效。方法:将2021年7月—2022年7月皖西卫生职业学院附属医院消化科诊治的130例Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组(三联疗法)和研究组(合用半夏泻心汤),每组各65例。观察两组患者治疗有效率、Hp根除率及中医证候积分、血清细胞毒素相关蛋白A(CagA)、空泡毒素A(VacA)水平的变化。结果:研究组治疗有效率及Hp根除率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者中医证候积分、血清CagA、VacA水平均降低,研究组上述指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在Hp相关性慢性胃炎肝胃郁热型的治疗中,半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法能更好地根除Hp,改善患者临床症状,疗效可靠,值得推荐应用。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with triple therapy on chronic gastritis associated with helicobacter pylori(Hp)with accumulated heat in the liver and stomach syndrome.Methods:A total of 130 patients with HP-related chronic gastritis diagnosed and treated by the Gastroenterology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of West Anhui Health Vocational College from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(triple therapy)and research group(the combination of triple therapy and Banxia Xiexin Decoction)by random number table method,65 cases in each group.The effective rate,Hp eradication rate,TCM syndrome score,serum CagA and VacA levels were observed in the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with those before treatment,TCM syndrome score,serum CagA and VacA levels of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the above indexes of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of HP-related chronic gastritis can better eradicate Hp and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It has reliable curative effect,and is worthy of recommendation.
