摘 要:为响应国家“双碳”战略,顺应轨道交通绿色发展要求,研制了基于柴油机和动力电池混合动力的新一代调车机车。通过分析国内调车机车现状及运用数据,设定机车设计目标、确定主要技术参数选取原则、整车布置方式等,形成整车设计方案,并对机车性能进行试验验证,结果表明机车技术方案合理,具有模块化程度高、节能环保、减排低噪等特点,满足设计目标要求。In response to the national"dual carbon"strategy and the requirements for green development of rail transit,a new generation of shunting locomotives based on hybrid power of diesel engines and power batteries have been developed.By analyzing the current situation and application data of domestic shunting locomotives,we set locomotive design goals and determined the selection principles of main technical parameters and the layout of the whole vehicle,therefore forming a complete vehicle design scheme.The performance of the locomotive was tested and verified,and the results show that the locomotive technology scheme is reasonable,and the locomotive has the characteristics of high modularity,energy conservation,environmental protection,emission reduction,and low noise,which meets the requirements of the design goals.
