积极心理学视角下的大学生择业观培育路径

摘　　要：从择业认知、择业价值、择业理想、择业心理和择业实现五个维度设计调查问卷,以南通高校学生为对象开展调研,分析大学生择业观现状及高校择业观教育存在的问题,进而从积极心理学视角提出提升大学生择业观教育效果的路径。The questionnaire was designed from the five dimensions of career choice cognition,career choice value,career choice ideal,career choice psychology and career choice realization,and the survey was carried out on college students in Nantong.Based on the survey,the current situation of college students' career choice concept and the existing problems in college career choice concept education were analyzed,and then the path to improve the education effect of college students' career choice concept was proposed from the perspective of positive psychology.
