基于KANO模型的学龄前儿童餐具情感化设计研究

摘　　要：运用KANO模型和情感化设计相关研究方法,设计一款学龄前儿童餐具。应用KANO评价法分析学龄前儿童对餐具的特殊需求,得到必备需求、期望需求和魅力需求,通过敏感度矩阵坐标图对需求进行优先级排序,结合问卷调查筛选用户需求,从情感化设计的反应层、行为层、反思层原则出发,分析语义评价获得数据,提取设计要素融入学龄前儿童餐具设计中。结合国宝大熊猫元素进行设计实践,为儿童餐具的设计提供一种新思路与方向。Using the KANO model and research methods related to emotional design,a tableware for preschool children is designed.The application of KANO evaluation method to analyze the special needs of preschool children for tableware,to obtain the necessary needs,expectations and charm needs,through the sensitivity matrix coordinate map to prioritize the needs,combined with the questionnaire survey to screen user needs,from the emotional design of the response layer,behavior layer,reflection layer principle,analysis of semantic evaluation to obtain data,extract design elements into the preschool children's tableware design.Combined with the elements of the national treasure giant panda to carry out design practice,it provides a new idea and direction for the design of children's tableware.
