摘 要:作为拉弯矫直机关键承载结构,弯曲辊的服役安全性应当受到关注与重视。针对带钢拉弯矫直工艺下弯曲辊的载荷计算问题,提出一种基于多体动力学的快速方法。对柔性体带钢离散化建模,采用Vogit弹簧阻尼系统轴套力进行刚性带块连接,基于此建立弯曲辊组工作虚拟样机模型。利用该模型对拉弯矫直过程中弯曲辊工作进行动力学仿真,分析刚性带块尺寸对载荷计算结果的影响。研究结果表明:带块宽度是影响弯曲辊工作载荷计算精度的关键因素,7.5mm带块宽度下,弯曲辊载荷的动力学计算均值与实验标定下的有限元计算结果相对误差为15%,在计算核时降低63%的情况下实现了弯曲辊载荷的有效预测。As the key bearing structure of tension⁃leveler,the safety of bending rolls in service should be emphasized and valued.Based on multi⁃body dynamics,a fast calculation method for bending rolls’load is proposed.As flexible body,the steel strip is modeled discretely with rigid belt connected by bushing using Vogit spring damping system,based on which the virtual prototype model of bending rolls’work is established.With this model,the dynamics simulation of bending rolls during tension leveling is carried out and the influence of rigid belt size on the load results is analyzed.The results show that belt size is the key factor affecting the load results accuracy and with belt size as 7.5mm,the relative errors for bending rolls’load average between dynamics results and finite element results calibrated by experiment is 11%,effectively predicting the bending rolls,load with 63%computation cost reduction.
