摘  要:为了筛选出用于实际生产与推广的优质高产品种,以24份马铃薯高代品系材料为研究对象,对其农艺性状、生理生化指标与产量性状进行调查测定,并对试验材料的叶绿素相对含量、叶片失水率、离体叶片电导率、株高和产量共5个指标进行相关性分析,利用隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合性评价。结果表明:早熟鲜食品系BF1111.8及中早熟加工品系BF113.31、BF113.13农艺性状优异;BF1111.8、BF1245.2和BF0750.43抗旱性极强;BF1111.8综合性状优异。In order to select high quality and high yield varieties for practical production and promotion,24 potato high generation strain materials were investigated and determined for their agronomic traits,physiological and biochemical indicators and yield traits.A correlation analysis was conducted on five indexes(chlorophyll relative value,leaf water loss rate,isolated leaf conductivity,plant height and yield),and a comprehensive evaluation of their drought resistance was carried out using the membership function method.The results showed that the early maturing fresh food strain BF1111.8,medium early maturing processing strains BF113.31 and BF113.13 had excellent agronomic traits;BF1111.8,BF1245.2 and BF0750.43 had strong drought resistance;BF1111.8 had excellent overall traits.
