高校书院的建立及对传统书院精神的传承创新

摘　　要：现今中国诸多高校建立了书院教育模式,意图兼采西方住宿制学院模式与中国古代书院教育制度优势,推进学生全面素质与综合能力的养成,然而在实际运行中,却因缺乏明确性教育精神的统摄,存在一定的动力性失活,有待一种新的书院形式的构建。为提升高校书院的办学水平,应当对具有超越时代意义的传统书院精神加以传承发扬,并根据当代教育发展需求,使高校书院精神有所创新,从而促进其教育功能最大化实现。Nowadays,many colleges and universities in China have established the Shuyuan education mode,with the intention of adopting both the Western residential college mode and the advantages of the ancient Chinese Shuyuan education system,to promote the development of students'overall quality and comprehensive ability,however,in actual operation,due to the lack of a clear educational spirit of the unification,there is a certain dynamic inactivation,and a new form of the Shuyuan has yet to be constructed.In order to improve the running level of the college academy,the traditional spirit of the academy with transcendent significance should be inherited and carried forward,and the spirit of the college academy should be innovated according to the needs of contemporary educational development,so as to promote the maximization of its educational function.
