摘　　要：总结1例新型冠状病毒感染并发严重横纹肌溶解及多脏器功能损害患者的护理体会。针对新型冠状病毒感染急性期肺部感染导致的呼吸困难、多脏器功能损害、活动无耐力及ICU综合征等护理问题,采取针对性病因治疗、连续性肾脏替代治疗联合俯卧位通气策略、早期康复、心理支持等措施。患者于第60天病情好转后转入呼吸科继续治疗,入院第78天康复出院。To summarize the nursing experience of one patient with severe rhabdomyolysis and multiple organ failure caused by a novel coronavirus infection.Due to the acute stage of COVID-19 leading to dyspnea,multiple organ failure,activity intolerance,ICU syndrome,and other nursing problems,targeted etiological treatment,continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)combined with prone ventilation strategy,early rehabilitation,psychological support,and other measures were adopted.After his condition improved on the 60th day,the patient was transferred to the respiratory department for further treatment and was discharged on the 78th day of admission.
