摘　　要：本文系统复习了2022年11月至2023年10月国内外权威杂志中关于间质性肺疾病诊疗方面的文献,着重关注有关特发性肺纤维化、结缔组织疾病相关性间质性肺疾病、结节病、进展性肺纤维化以及罕见间质性肺疾病等的发病机制、诊断和治疗进展以及其诊疗共识、指南。同时也关注了有关特发性肺纤维化和结节病的流行病学以及卫生经济学方面的文献。The notable advances in interstitial lung disease(ILD)published in Chinese and international authoritative journals from November 2022 to October 2023 were systematically reviewed in our annual review.The year 2023 brought significant advances about mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,connective tissue diseases associated ILD,sarcoidosis,progressive pulmonary fibrosis and rare ILDs.The related global and/or Chinese commentaries and guidelines were also reviewed in our paper.We also highlighted the important findings of epidemiologic and health economic data on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and sarcoidosis.
