摘  要:为克服宽幅PVDF挤出板材的工艺难点,采用Rosand RH7毛细管流变仪研究了PVDF熔体在不同温度和不同剪切速率(0.5~200.0 s-1)下的流变行为。结果表明:在较低的剪切速率(0.5~20.0 s-1)时,PVDF熔体黏度随剪切速率的变化而变化较大,而在较高的剪切速率(20~200 s-1)时,PVDF熔体黏度随剪切速率的增加变化不明显。其流动行为符合幂律模型,但非牛顿指数n随着温度的升高而增大,随着剪切速率的增大而下降。同时探讨了剪切速率、温度对PVDF熔体黏流活化能的影响。To overcome the difficulty in manufacture of broad width panel,rheological behavior at a range of shear rates(0.5~200.0 s~(-1))for polyvinylidene fluoride melt is investigated at a range of temperature by means of Rosand RH7 rheometer.The results show that the melt viscosity of PVDF declines rapidly with increasing shear rates at lower shear rates(0.5~20.0 s~(-1)),the melt viscosity of PVDF declines slowly with increasing shear rates at higher shear rates(20~200 s~(-1)).Its flower behavior confirms to the power-law model,but the non-Newtonian exponent increases with increasing temperature and decreases with increasing shear rate.Furtherly,such as effectivity of temperature and shear rates on flow activation energy of PVDF melt are discussed.
