摘　　要：目的观察马钱子胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年12月90例急性期和恢复期的缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料,观察组45例予马钱子胶囊联合常规治疗,对照组45例仅予常规治疗,比较急性期和恢复期两组患者治疗前后NIHSS、mRS、ADCS-ADL评分及综合疗效。结果急性期、恢复期两组治疗后NIHSS、mRS、ADCS-ADL评分优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS、mRS、ADCS-ADL评分治疗前后差值优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论观察组能改善缺血性脑卒中后认知功能障碍,但其机制仍待进一步探讨。Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of grilled nux-vomica on cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute and recovery ischemic stroke admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,45 cases in the observation group were treated with grilled nux-vomica capsule combined with conventional treatment,and 45 cases in the conventional treatment group were only treated with conventional treatment.The National Health Center Neurological Deficiency Score(NIHSS),modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score,Activities of Daily Life Scale(ADCS-ADL)score and comprehensive efficacy were compared before and after treatment in the acute period and recovery period.Results The average NIHSS,mRS and ADCS-ADL scores after treatment were better than those before treatment in the acute period and the recovery period of the observation group and the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).In the acute period and recovery period,the differences of NIHSS,mRS and ADCS-ADL scores before and after treatment were better in the observation group than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Grilled nux-vomica can improve cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke,but its mechanism remains to be further explored.
