“合谷刺法”联合镜像疗法对脑卒中恢复期患者手功能的影响

摘　　要：目的“合谷刺法”联合镜像疗法对脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者手功能的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年2月脑卒中后恢复期偏瘫患者80例。采用简单随机法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予基础药物和常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用“合谷刺法”联合镜像疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后FMA评分、Brunnstrom分级及MBI评分情况,并观察两组不良反应。结果治疗4周,观察组FMA评分、Brunnstrom分级及MBI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应发生。结论“合谷刺法”联合镜像疗法能促进脑卒中恢复期患者手功能的恢复,提高生活质量,临床疗效显著。Objective To research the effect of Hegu acupoint“Hegu thorn method”combined with mirror therapy on hand function in patients with hemiplegia in stroke recovery period.Methods From January 2022 to February 2023,80 patients with hemiplegia after stroke in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of our hospital were selected as the research objects.There were 40 cases in the control group and and 40 cases in the observation group,and the simple random method was used to divide the group.The control group was treated with basic drugs and conventional rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with Hegu acupoint"Hegu thorn method"combined with mirror therapy on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA),Brunnstrom Hand Movement Function Grading and modified Barthel index(MBI)score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the FMA score,Brunnstrom Hand Movement Function Grading and MBI score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and no obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Hegu Acupoint“Hegu Thorn Method”combined with mirror therapy can promote the recovery of hand function and improve the quality of life in convalescent patients with stroke,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
