利用Masson染色方法原位标识凋亡肝细胞效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察凋亡肝细胞Masson染色效果,探索新的凋亡细胞染色方法。方法:用肝损伤动物模型标本进行Masson染色,分别与HE、TUNEL染色比较,观察Masson染色凋亡肝细胞着色效果。结果:早期凋亡肝细胞HE染色形态清晰、胞质浓染、能较好地区别于背景色,中、晚期结构模糊、不易识别;凋亡肝细胞Masson染色形态清晰,能特异性区分早期和中、晚期凋亡细胞,能较好地区别于背景色;凋亡肝细胞TUNEL染色能较好地区别于背景色,组织形态结构欠清晰。结论:凋亡肝细胞Masson染色具有特异性。Objective:To observe the effect of Masson staining on apoptotic hepatocytes and explore a new staining method for apoptotic cells.Methods:Masson staining was performed on liver injury model of animals,and the staining effects of apoptotic hepatocytes by Masson staining,hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining,and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase(TUNEL)staining were compared.Results:Early apoptotic hepatocytes by HE staining showed clear morphology and dense cytoplasm and could be better distinguished from the background color.In the middle and late stages,the structure of apoptotic hepatocytes was fuzzy and difficult to recognize.Apoptotic hepatocytes by Masson staining had clear morphology,with early,middle,and late apoptotic cells specifically distinguished,and they can be distinguished from the background color.Apoptotic hepatocytes by TUNEL staining could be better distinguished from the background color,while the histological structure was not clear.Conclusion:Masson staining of apoptotic hepatocytes has specificity.
