摘　　要：随访深圳市儿童医院内分泌科经治的1例毛发-鼻-指(趾)综合征(trichorhinophalangeal syndrome, TRPS)Ⅰ型患儿应用生长激素治疗的效果,并进行文献复习。本文报道并总结生长激素治疗TRPSⅠ型患儿的疗效,除改善矮身材外,首次报道其促进毛发生长。通过总结分析生长激素治疗TRPSⅠ型患儿的效果,以提高临床医生对TRPS的认识。The effect of growth hormone treatment in a child with trichorhinophalangeal syndrome(TRPS)typeⅠin Shenzhen Childrens Hospital was followed up,and the relevant literatures were reviewed.This is the first report in China that summarized the effect of growth hormone treatment in children with TRPS typeⅠ,which is expected to im-prove short stature and hair growth.This study summarized and analyzed the effect of growth hormone treatment in children with TRPS typeⅠ,so as to improve the understanding of the disease.
