摘　　要：航海职业教育对我国开发和利用海洋、巩固海防、维护国家海洋权益具有重要的战略意义。培养卓越航海人才是航海职业教育的首要任务。分析当前航海卓越人才培养过程中存在的问题,并据此提出解决方案,为达到改进和完善航海人才培养机制的最终目标提供参考,为培养优秀的航海人才奠定强有力的基础,从而在一定程度上保证我国海洋强国战略的顺利实施。Maritime vocational education is of great strategic significance for China's exploitation and utilization of the ocean,consolidation of coastal defense,and maintenance of national maritime rights and interests.Cultivating excellent maritime talents is the primary task of maritime vocational education.The paper analyzes the problems still existing in the training process of excellent maritime talents,and proposes solutions accordingly.The aim is to provide reference for achieving the ultimate goal of improving and perfecting the mechanism of maritime talents cultivation,and laying a solid foundation for cultivating outstanding maritime talents.Thus ensuring the smooth implementation of China's maritime power strategy to a certain extent.
