摘 要:在道岔钢轨加工领域,钢轨打磨工序一直通过人工方式进行,存在打磨效率低、质量稳定性差、具有职业伤害等严峻问题。随着智能制造技术的发展,机器人打磨作为一种先进技术,逐渐在各个领域得到广泛应用。它不仅提高了生产效率,还大大减少了人工操作的风险。文章主要从机器人打磨技术的优势和应用出发,研究了一套道岔尖轨柔性智能力控打磨生产线,用于自动打磨钢轨飞边、毛刺。依靠机器人设备、柔性力控系统及其配套的力控打磨系统,实现了更高效的打磨操作,同时有效改善了打磨工作环境,提升了打磨作业质量。In the field of turnout rail processing,rail grinding process has been carried out by manual means,there are serious problems such as low grinding efficiency,poor quality stability and occupational injury.With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology,robot grinding,as an advanced technology,has gradually been widely used in various fields.It not only improves production efficiency,but also greatly reduces the risk of manual operation.Based on the advantages and application of robot grinding technology,this paper studies a flexible intelligent ability control grinding production line for automatic grinding of rail flash and burr.Relying on robot equipment,flexible force control system and its supporting force control grinding system,more efficient grinding operation is realized,and the grinding working environment is effectively improved,and the grinding operation quality is improved.
