摘  要:针对当前支架搬运车智能化控制程度低下问题,从提高支架搬运车线控化水平来实现提升整车电控质量的角度进行研究。以德国IFM公司的CR0232控制器为平台,设计出支架搬运车控制系统,分别从硬件设计和功能设计两方面进行论述。引用功能域控制概念,将整车控制分为信号采集与处理、故障自诊断与监控、发动机控制、液压系统以及无线遥控控制等功能模块,基于CODESYS软件编程平台进行编程和调试。随着该设计控制系统在WC130Y型支架搬运车的成功应用,整车线控化水平显著提升,核心系统实现逻辑化编程控制。故障自诊断子系统可以快速定位车辆故障点,在维修环境恶劣的井下能够提高车辆的维修效率,从而保证车辆的可靠性并提高了其运行效率。In response to the current problem of low level of intelligent control for bracket handling vehicles,research was conducted from the perspective of improving the level of wire control for bracket handling vehicles to enhance the overall electrical control quality of the vehicle.Based on the CR0232 controller of IFM company in Germany,a control system for bracket handling vehicles was designed,which was discussed from two aspects:hardware design and functional design.Quoting the concept of functional domain control,the whole vehicle control was divided into functional modules such as signal acquisition and processing,fault self-diagnosis and monitoring,engine control,hydraulic system,and wireless remote control.Programming and debugging were carried out based on the CODESYS software programming platform.With the successful application of control system in the WC130Y bracket handling vehicle,the level of vehicle line control has significantly improved,and the core system has achieved logical programming control.The fault self diagnosis subsystem can quickly locate the fault point of the vehicle,improve the maintenance efficiency of the vehicle in harsh underground maintenance environments,thereby ensuring the reliability of the vehicle and improving its operational efficiency.
