摘  要:灰斑病是椰子的常见病害,为了研究椰子种质资源对灰斑病菌(Pestalotiopsis palmarum)的敏感性和抗性分级标准,采用室内离体叶片有伤接种法测定了10份椰子种质资源的发病情况,并根据病斑平均直径法和系统聚类分析法对其抗病性进行分级。结果表明,10份椰子种质资源中含4份免疫材料、2份抗病材料、3份感病材料和1份高感材料。研究结果为今后抗灰斑病的椰子品种开发利用和灰斑病防控提供了重要资源和依据。The leaf spot is a common disease of coconuts.To evaluate the sensitivity and resistance grading standards of coconut germplasm resources to gray leaf spot pathogen Pestalotiopsis palmarum,this study used the indoor in vitro leaf injury inoculation method to determine the incidence of 10 coconut germplasm materials,and graded their resistance based on the average diameter of disease spots and systematic clustering analysis.The results revealed that among the 10 coconut germplasm materials,there were 4 immune materials,2 resistant materials,3 susceptible materials,and 1 highly susceptible material.And the results provided the important resources and basis for the development and utilization of the coconut varieties resistant to gray leaf spot disease as well as for the prevention and control of the disease in the future.
