误诊为毛母细胞瘤的结节型黑色素瘤一例

摘　　要：本文报道一例误诊为毛母细胞瘤的结节型黑色素瘤。患者,女,53岁。头皮孤立的半球形肤色质硬结节2年,临床诊断为毛母细胞瘤。经组织病理及免疫组化检查,最终诊断为结节型黑色素瘤。We report a case of nodular melanoma which misdiagnosed as piloblastoma.The patient was a 53-year-old female who presented with isolated hemispherical hard nodules on the scalp for 2 years,and was diagnosed as trichoblastoma clinically.The final diagnosis was nodular melanoma by pathological and immunohistochemical examination.
