摘　　要：银屑病是一种慢性、复发性炎症性皮肤病,发病机制还不完全明确,目前认为与遗传、免疫、环境等因素密切相关。研究表明银屑病患者伴发恶性肿瘤风险升高,其恶性风险可能与银屑病的慢性炎症状态或者治疗方式有关,本文就银屑病和其治疗相关的肿瘤疾病的研究进展进行综述。Psoriasis is a chronic and recurrent inflammatory skin disease.The pathogenesis of psoriasis is not completely clear,and it is believed to be closely related to genetic,immune,environmental and other factors.Studies have shown that patients with psoriasis have an increased risk of malignant tumors,which may be related to the chronic inflammatory state of psoriasis or the treatment of psoriasis.The update of malignant tumors associated with psoriasis and psoriasis treatment.
