摘　　要：企业的研发活动是建设创新型国家的重要微观基础。随着信息技术的快速发展,行业内的技术溢出效应越来越明显,技术溢出对企业研发活动的影响成为近些年研究的热点话题。基于2010-2020年我国A股上市公司数据,实证分析了行业内技术溢出对企业R&D投入的影响及其传导机制。直接效应分析表明,行业内技术溢出显著促进企业R&D投入,且高行业内技术溢出水平比低行业内技术溢出水平更能促进企业R&D投入;传导效应分析表明,行业内技术溢出可以通过增加企业现金持有量和提高产品市场竞争两个内外部机制提升企业R&D投入;进一步的政策效应研究表明,政府研发补贴显著增强了行业内技术溢出对企业R&D投入的正向影响。上述研究结果对行业内技术溢出产生的经济后果做了拓展,为增强行业内技术溢出效应达到促进企业增加R&D投入提供了理论依据。The R&D activities of enterprises are an important micro-foundation for building an innovative country.With the rapid development of information technology,the technology spillover effect in the industry is becoming more and more obvious.The impact of technology spllover on the research and development activities of enterprises has become a hot topic in recent years.Based on the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2020,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of technology spillover on R&D investment of enterprises and its transmission mechanism.The results show that intra-industry technology spillover significantly promotes enterprise R&D investment,and high intra-industry technology spillover level can promote enterprise R&D investment more than low intra-industry technology spillover level.The analysis of conduction effect shows that intra-industry technology spillover can enhance R&D investment through two internal and external mechanisms:increasing cash holdings and improving product market competition.Further research on policy effects shows that government R&D subsidies significantly enhance the positive impact of technology spillovers in the industry on R&D investment of enterprises.The above research results expand the economic consequences of technology spillover in the industry,and provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the technology spillover effect in the industry and promoting enterprises to increaseR&Dinvestment.
